  • At times when Server maintenance is in progress, your website may experience a technical difficulty or your email system may not function. In such situations, you are requested to kindly cooperate till the issue is sorted out .
  • Always use Outlook Express Software for using Emails. or keep backups of emails regularly. we r not responsible for any mail when Server maintenance.
  • Updations and/or changes will be accepted via email only; phone calls will not be entertained in this regard mail us on webcrest@gmail.com support@webcrest.org
  • Domain renewal payment has to be made in full 1 (one) month before expiry of the domain.
  • We also provide Google Apps–based e-mail accounts, for which we charge a nominal fee. If, in future, Google discontinues this service, your e-mail accounts will be transferred to the regular server.
  • To maintain transparency and clarity, we always book the domain in your (client’s) name and hand over the Control Panel to you.
  • In the interest of the security of your website, we advise you to maintain the confidentiality of your Control Panel’s Username and Password. Kindly do not share these details with outsiders/unknown persons.
  • All payments are to be made by DD or crossed cheque in the name of Webcrest Solution payable at Pune.
  • Our Office and Design Studio will remain closed on Saturdays and Sundays .
